Let me talk about a majority of people.

I hate it when you ask them a yes or no question, and they don’t just say yes or no and instead they answer with something not even pertaining to the question.

“Do you like pizza?”

“Blahblahblahblah microwaves and global warning.” 

“What’s your favorite color?”

“I like cupcakes.”

Or, in this case,

“Wear red in honor of Darnell.”

“What if I don’t have red?”

“It was his favorite color.”

“… I know it is but— Never mind.”

I realize that this can happen with any race, but, for me, it’s only happened whenever you ask a white person a question.
